For example, sometimes the door won't open and you suddenly become particularly irritated, and then you can't help the tears from falling.
I want to give you a hug because I've been down that road before.
In fact, it's not because of those little things that you want to cry. Deep inside you, there may be a huge amount of pain building up that you find unbearable, so you subconsciously hide it away and avoid facing it.
But pain doesn't go away on its own. It hides in your subconscious and instead grows stronger and stronger because of repression. And that problem in your life that is causing you pain may remain unresolved, adding to the burden each time you encounter it, until one day you can't hold on to it any longer.
It's not the smallest thing that triggers you to cry, it's that little bit of emotion that ignites the pain that has long been overflowing.
My advice is, the next time you feel like crying, don't hold it in, find a place where no one is around and cry your heart out. Remember, boys crying doesn't mean weakness, you're already strong, and facing your emotions head on is a sign of bravery.
Also, try to find out the source of the pain. If you know the cause, talk to someone you trust, confiding in someone can ease it a lot. You can also talk to me if you want, I'm happy to help.
If even you are not sure what the problem is, you may need professional support. For example, a school psychologist, or a public service hotline, try it first and don't be afraid to ask for help.
